Statfold Engineering Ltd can offer a metal spraying service where hot metal is sprayed onto a surface to create a hard coating. Where you find mechanical wear rather than irreparable damage we can rebuild the worn areas using metal spraying techniques. Once we have metal sprayed the built up area we can then grind or machine the component to a very fine tolerance in order to produce a component which is good as new. We can metal spray on to steel, cast iron and bronze.
